Facebook is the popular social network that allows for family and friends to interact with one another and RIM has been a little behind keeping up with their Facebook app, but there are signs of hope for BlackBerry lovers.
RIM has been working on an updated Facebook, version 2.0, which allows for Facebook chat and includes a user interface refresh, the ability to view family and friend’s profile information (also their pages and your friends lists) and improves core app integration.
The rumor mill says that there will be beta versions available sometime in March and that the official Facebook 2.0 will be released in May.
